Momoa Cake Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Momoa Cake website, social media channels, or placing an order through our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Payment

  1. All orders are confirmed only after payment is received through Momoa’s official platforms.
  2. Accepted payment methods include online payment and third-party platforms.
  3. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be generated as proof for delivery and after-sales service.

3. Products & Customization

  1. Product photos and decoration references are for illustration only. Actual cakes may vary due to handmade nature and seasonal ingredients.
  2. Customized products (e.g., name cards, special shapes, custom colors) cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed, unless defective.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  1. Delivery coverage and fees are subject to the rates published on our platforms. Additional charges apply outside free zones.
  2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Delays or failures due to incorrect information or unattended deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Delivery times will be honored as much as possible but may be reasonably delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. Requests made more than 24 hours before delivery: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
  2. Requests made within 24 hours of delivery: As production has already started, cancellation is not possible. Rescheduling will depend on daily capacity and ingredient availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns and refunds follow our separate Return & Refund Policy.
  2. If issues are caused by Momoa (e.g., wrong item, damage), we offer refunds or replacements. Non-Momoa related issues are not eligible.

7. Food Safety & Consumption

  1. All products are freshly made and must be refrigerated (0–4°C). Best consumed within 24 hours.
  2. Customers with allergies should review ingredient information before ordering and consult Momoa if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All brand logos, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Momoa and may not be used without permission.
  2. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited. Momoa reserves the right to pursue legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Momoa is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as accidents, severe weather, or unforeseen incidents.
  2. Momoa is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage or consumption beyond the recommended period.

10. Amendments

Momoa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on official channels and take effect immediately upon posting.
